online donation form.

B) Enter the drawing without making a donation between 12:01 a.m. Central Time,
Wednesday, September 16, 2026, and 6:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday, September 28,
2026, using the online entry form.

Limit one entry per person regardless of entry method. Multiple entries from the same
person will be disqualified.

4. GRAND PRIZE: Winner will receive 4 one-way Southwest Airlines flight e-passes
(excluding taxes and fees), between any city and any city, valid for travel from November 1,
2026, through October 31, 2027. Each e-pass includes two free checked bags, subject to
size, weight restrictions, and additional bag fees. The value of the prize ($800) is considered
taxable income and the winner will be solely responsible for any income taxes resulting
from acceptance of the prize. (The recipient of a Southwest Airlines flight e-pass is required
to be 19 years of age or older and a legal U.S. resident. However, the recipient may arrange
travel for another person if done without selling or bartering the Southwest Airlines flight e-

entrants. Once we have notified winner by phone or email, winner has 48 hours to confirm

receive entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the
Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof. Sponsor is also not responsible for
any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other’s computer related to or resulting from
playing or downloading any materials from web site. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole
discretion, to cancel drawing in its entirety, if it becomes technically corrupted or because
